Breakdown Assistance

Mark Richard breakdown assistance, provided by RAC offers a comprehensive breakdown service. RAC with its 1,500 branded patrol force, ensures your total motoring peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

A special feature of this policy is that the cover provided is for the vehicle whose registration number is stated on the policy document. This means that any authorised driver of the registered vehicle is covered.

What do I do if I breakdown?

Simply call the number stated on your policy document. You will be asked for your client reference number, the vehicle make, model, colour and registration number and the precise details of your location. We will do the rest.

Your Mark Richard Breakdown Assistance Policy Explained:

Roadside

One telephone call will bring assistance at the roadside if you breakdown, or your vehicle is immobilised. We will provide a fast and dependable service to get you going again. If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, a tow to the local garage will be supplied.

Recovery

If your vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, we will take the vehicle and up to eight people, to any destination in mainland Britain in one uninterrupted journey.

At Home

With the "At Home" service you can rely on us to attend breakdowns at your home or office. If the local problem can't be fixed, on the spot, a tow to a local garage will be provided.

Your Policy does not cover:

• The cost of any ferry crossings or toll charges
• The recovery of your motor vehicle if it is stuck in water, a bog, a ditch, or on a beach or it has been overturned.
• The repair or recovery of your motor vehicle if it breaks down at the premises of a motor trader.
• The cost of spares, petrol, oil, keys or other materials or garage labour.
• The carriage of any livestock which require special transportation facilities.
